The purpose of the study is to find new technologies for the development of training systems within the organization through the use of information support. Current issues are the search for innovative approaches to personnel management, the formation of an effective enterprise management system, creating internal training system, structuring and systematization of information training and regulation of information flows of access to information sources and resources. The methodology of empirical research, i.e. observation and comparison on the example of the professional development system of «Svitoch» factory allows to offer the development and application of a specially organized database, based on analysis and synthesis (selection of individual parts of the existing system and their combination into one), which is designed to provide a single structural solution for all information elements of the process and its content. The novelty of the work is to describe the structure of the database, which through appropriate programs will guide employees to research and acquire new knowledge, as well as dose its quantity. The system provides links to printed and electronic sources that will help the employee to explore the topic more deeply. An important advantage of this HR development subsystem is that it provides feedback at all levels of the organization. Such a system of professional staff training will allow the most effective use of the latest technologies and provide the possibility of e-learning. Conclusions. Reforming and improving the vocational training system will ensure: the creation of a modern, holistic, mobile and flexible training system with adequate resource potential; quality and continuity of education; introduction of a system of evaluation and monitoring of the provision of educational services; creation of appropriate conditions for the realization of the right of specialists to professional development; expanding the range of educational services and increasing the number of subjects of education, as well as ensure the quality of education and its continuity
