In 2008, she graduated with honours from the State Academy of Management Personnel of Culture and Arts (now the National Academy of Management Personnel of Culture and Arts - NACCA). In 2012, she defended her PhD thesis on "Documentation management in cultural management bodies of Ukraine: Social and communication aspect" (speciality 27.00.02 - Documentation and Archival Studies). In 2014, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Documentation and Information and Analytical Activities of NACCCI. In 2021, she defended his doctoral dissertation "Information and Documentation Support for the Development of the Socio-Communication Space of Ukrainian Culture in the Digital Age" (speciality 27.00.02 - Documentation, Archival Studies). In 2022, she was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Cultural Studies and Intercultural Communications. Since 2006, he has been working at the National Academy of Management Personnel of Culture and Arts. From 2022 to the present, he has been acting as the Head of the Department of Art Management and Event Technologies of the NACCA. Author (co-author) of more than 160 scientific, educational and methodological works, including reference publications, a number of scientific articles in leading scientific journals of Ukraine and the world (including Scopus and Web of Science). Among his main works are two single monographs: "State policy in the field of culture of Ukraine: State and development of the documentation management system" (2017), “Information and documentation support for the development of the socio-communication space of culture in Ukraine” (2020); Textbook “Documentation and information activity” in 2 parts, 2 editions (co-authored by M.S. Her research interests include issues of state policy in the field of culture of Ukraine, development of cultural management in a network society and creation of documentary digital systems in the field of cultural heritage; theoretical foundations of the development of the communication environment of documentary studies, documentation management.
