Електронна культура: досягнення та вектори розвитку

Анотація
Мета статті полягає у розгляді правових та організаційних аспектів діджиталізації електронної культури та окреслення основних проблем її досягнення. Методологія дослідження полягає в застосуванні загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів дослідження: аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, систематизації матеріалів, індукції та дедукції. Наукова новизна. Дане дослідження є однією з перших комплексних праць у сфері електронної культури, спрямоване на формування єдиного комплексу знань у обраній сфері. Проведено аналіз правового поля України в системі електронної культури. Досліджено особливості досягнення визначених в нормативних документах напрямків, та проблемних аспектів, що перешкоджають нереалізації окремих запланованих цілей. Обґрунтовано підходи до визначення віртуальних музеїв. Визначено чинники, що перешкоджають цифровізації та охороні культурної спадщини. Висновки. На сьогодні недостатньо дослідженими основні проблеми та досягнення у сфері застосування передових технологій у сфері культури, а точніше, збереженні культурної спадщини, в тому числі у музеях. Враховуючи сучасні реалії, музеї залишаються основними гарантами збереження історичного й культурного надбання українського народу, які продовжують щоденно взаємодіяти з відвідувачами та відповідати на потреби суспільства. Новітні технології дають можливість перегляду творів відомих митців у віртуальних музейних середовищах, що забезпечує доступність культурної спадщини для широкого загалу, особливо маломобільних груп населення. Цифрові технології відкривають можливість наочно передати інформацію різним аудиторіям, дозволяючи кожному вибрати контент, який найбільше відповідає його інтересам. Вони допомагають не лише зберігати та обліковувати дані про пам’ятки, але і фактично комунікувати з відвідувачами. Регулярне оновлення інтерактивного контенту об'єктів дозволяє встановлювати зв'язок з сучасною публікою, для якої технології мають важливе значення, трансформуючи їх із пасивних спостерігачів у активних глядачів
