Мета статті полягає в тому, щоб виявити й узагальнити особливості оптимізації вебсайту бібліотеки ЗВО для покращення доступу до інформаційних ресурсів. Методологія. У дослідженні використано загальнонаукові (узагальнення, порівняння, індукція і дедукція) та емпірично-теоретичні методи (аналіз, синтез). Використання системно-структурного аналізу дало змогу виокремити основні особливості оптимізації вебсайту бібліотеки ЗВО для покращення доступу до інформаційних ресурсів. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів зумовлена вирішенням важливого наукового завдання, котре полягає в напрацюванні теоретичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи для забезпечення оптимізації вебсайту бібліотеки ЗВО для покращення доступу до інформаційних ресурсів. У статті одержали подальший розвиток дослідження стратегії оптимізації вебсайту бібліотеки ЗВО. Висновки. Встановлено, що вебсайт бібліотеки ЗВО є інтегрованим ресурсом, який має інформаційні, пошукові, освітні, рекламні та навігаційні функції і може бути потужним інструментом для просування інформаційно-бібліотечних продуктів та послуг, а також для формування іміджу бібліотеки ЗВО. Визначено, що доступ до інформаційних ресурсів бібліотеки ЗВО є важливою складовою навчального процесу та досліджень, а оптимізація вебсайту бібліотеки ЗВО є необхідним елементом для поліпшення доступності інформаційних ресурсів. Зʼясовано, що для забезпечення зручного зв’язку з користувачами можна встановити на вебсайті бібліотеки ЗВО диференційовані засоби зв’язку, які повинні бути доступними та видимими для користувачів на всіх сторінках сайту. Визначено, що важливе місце в забезпеченні дистанційного обслуговування користувачів відведено бібліотечному вебсайту, оскільки саме він сприяє розширенню бібліотечних можливостей стосовно повідомлення про спектр інформаційно-бібліотечних ресурсів і послуг. Зʼясовано, що для оптимізації вебсайту бібліотеки ЗВО та для покращення доступу до інформаційних ресурсів необхідне впровадження таких заходів: покращення навігації, забезпечення швидкого завантаження, наявність пошукової та мобільної оптимізації, резервне копіювання даних
